We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and addressed us by our names. The hotel had great facilities, including a superb bar where we were constantly supplied with delicious nibbles. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to all commercial areas and easily accessible by public transportation.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel even offered a complimentary limousine service to the city center, making it easy to explore.

The spa, pool, and gym facilities were not accessible to me due to illness.

Really good service from the moment of check-in. Our room was ready early and the reception staff made us feel at home right away. The concierge were great too fulfill all of our requests. The hotel shuttle to the Duomo was a convenient option. The great service at the restaurant and the variety of options at breakfast were excellent. The inside pool was a hit with our kids. we couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this hotel.

I was amazed when the hotel replaced the caviar I had left in the fridge, even going to the same shop where I bought it. Such thoughtful service! They also upgraded me to a superior room without me asking. The location, just a few meters from the underground, was convenient for exploring the city. I had a great experience at this hotel.

As backpackers, we absolutely loved the spacious room and beautiful appointments at the hotel. The bathroom and dressing table were wonderful additions. The concierge provided the best service we've ever experienced. The complimentary limo service to the shopping area was an amazing bonus. The fitness room was large enough for all our needs.

High prices, such as a double espresso costing 9 euros. Lobby lounge feels small and congested.

We had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. the service was exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. the spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of treatments and exclusive amenities. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, massage, and spa lounge. the restaurant was also outstanding, with a variety of special diet menus to cater to our dietary needs.

The hotel's location is slightly away from the central area with shops, but it is not really a problem as the area is safe for walking. It is also not close to the tourist hub, which can be a plus for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere. The main Milan train station is also not far from the hotel, making it convenient for travelers.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review was a billing issue at the bar. The reviewer complained about being charged for drinks they didn't order and the difficulty in resolving the issue with the reception staff.
